After moving to Twin Cities 30 years ago, my passion for Real Estate ignited after successfully purchasing a home when I was 25 with zero down and assumed the mortgage. Realizing that a solid strategy and a resourceful agent are key in getting the transaction done – I was hooked! Since then I have built, bought and sold numerous properties and can personally relate to the trials and tribulations that buyers and sellers face in today’s housing market. I understand it’s key to handle challenges in a timely and professional manner.
